Walked out due to poor serviceie no one taking myself and wife on. So spent 6k in carpet right next door who actualy gave good service.
Overall very disappointed by my experience with the laminate installation. Quote failed to identify that doors would need to be raised, leading to an unexpected increase in an already expensive price. Tradesman made a very rough job of one of the doors, breaking a picture frame and leaving me to sand down the door and clean up general mess. No response received to complaint when I emailed the store. The vinyl fitting done a week before was, however, good which is why I felt it only fair to give 2 rather than 1 stars.
Excellent service from Stewart and Tom Edinburgh straiton, carpet arrived and fitted under 2 weeks. Also excellent service from fitters Paul and assistant. First class service.
Great initial service buying vinyl for our kitchen and a great quality product. But then their fitters didn't lay it properly cutting it short. Promises to rectify haven't been met, so pointless having a great product when I have meters of offcut vinyl (they cut off as waste) and subsequently a gap at the kickboard. Terrible subsequent aftercare and shoddy fitting earns 1 star.
