Comedy Soviet-style service for small ticket items (seem great for if you are buying a high end bed (the two are related))We came in to buy one of their very promising airbeds and a couple of pillows - about 100 worth of stuff. Assistant was very helpful and all was great until it was time to hand over cash.The only two (2) computers capable of handling the sale were in use by sales staff busy finalising bed purchases and apparently no possibility of us cutting in for a quick transaction. Meanwhile an elderly couple were trapped in something that was a bit like Waiting For Godot the Bed Sales Experience.Could we possibly come back later to do the purchase? The sales guy was nice, so we beetled off to buy hardware from a nearby store. Came back about 10 minutes later... the other sales staff were still doing their chatty bonding with the customer thing. However, one finally finished! Now was our chance... but no, that elderly couple were there first... the old guy was about ready to deck me for cutting in. I don't blame him. A senior seeming salesman shepherded them firmly to the PC.That's quite an achievement, bringing two customers into conflict *and* leaving one humiliated. Reluctantly - and by reluctantly, I mean feeling very very cross and irritated - we went and found the same inflatable bed - Intex Dura Beam Comfort - on Amazon. (Oddly, the Dream website advertised this excellent bed but managed to leave off the branding.) So, what to say? Dream are obviously great if you want to buy a bed. They'll spend lots of time with you. However, from our experience - hey it could have been a one off, I'm sure just two computers between four sales staff works fine on most days of the week, or at least did back in 1974 - if you want to nip in and make purchases from their great range of pillows and blow up beds, don't bother. Unless you want to enjoy the full retro USSR experience of pointless waiting around while people fill in forms.Oh, and did I mention you can get that bed on Amazon anyway?

Absolutely fantastic. Bought 2 beds from Dreams at Straiton. Sales guy was top notch (not pushy, very friendly) and we selected a sleigh bed (king) and ottoman bed (double).Dreams then confirmed delivery day and allocated slot. 2 delivery guys turned up on time, wore shoe protectors (which was fantastic because of our new carpets) and built the beds (we paid extra 38 quid for this - and I would recommend everyone does so) in 40 minutes.Simply fantastic service and we are delighted with the products.Thanks you so much.Josh
