I would avoid them at all costs. My cat was run over and I took him to them. At first they seemed okay but then one of the vets told me that if I can not afford to pay for an x-ray (they wouldn't accept instalments) that I either had to put him down or give him up. I was spoken to like something she had trodden in. So, with the help of friends, we were able to find a wonderful vets who put our cats needs first and allowed us to pay in instalments. This vet contacted Vets 4 Pets (quite laughable name really) and got them to e-mail details of treatment,etc. Vets 4 Pets weren't happy that we had gone somewhere else so decided to contact the SSPCA on us.The SSPCA turned up and even they were annoyed at Vets 4 Pets after discovering that the report to them was made AFTER I left the vets and AFTER the new vets had been e-mailed information from Vets 4 Pets.With a report from the new vets and the SSPCA, I was able to make a formal complaint against Vets 4 Pets, who even tried to lie but when faced with proof of their BS they could only apologise. (The complaint was made to the governing body of vets. The ones who ensure vets are being ethical. They sided with me. Enough said.)The thing is, before this experience I had heard bad things about all Vets 4 Pets but I didn't listen. I thought they would want to help my cat instead of being spiteful.
This is definitely the best vets we have been to. Pricing is consistent and reasonable. The staff are so kind and reassuring. We have had some upsetting health issues with our dogs and the vets here made us feel confident in our dogs care. We really appreciate how nice and professional everyone is. Would recommend this practice!
Very helpful staff members. Professional and ready to help. Had an issue with my pet's passport (due to no fault of this Vets4Pets), they went above and beyond to resolve it at no extra cost.
Amy and the team at Vets4Pets Straiton are fantastic. We've had our puppy for a couple of months now and we have bombarded them with loads of questions and nothing is too much trouble. The monthly plan is great value for money too. It's handy they are in Pets At Home so you can get things that your pet needs whilst you are there (just to add I do not work for Pets At Home!).
I was recommended this vets by a friend and I couldn't be happier with the service we've received. The vets and staff are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and eager to help in any way. They've gone out of their way to put our puppy at ease during her time there provide outstanding care for her. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.
