Waited over 2 weeks to get flooring delivered to shop. Received email to state it in warehouse. Went to shop to be told its at warehouse and to give then 2 days notice to get to store. Gave them 4 days. Went up to collect , no flooring its still at warehouse . I will come back in half hour. Still at warehouse. Now all of a sudden since i am not happy I can collect it at warehouse. Could I not have done that 4 days ago!! Jog on ! Getting delivered tomorrow , just about 3 weeks since ordering!Terrible , no wonder these big companies are going under. Back to G and C carpets or Lees (independant carpet fitters ).

Bought all my carpets from these guys. Safe to say they will no longer get any business from me. Its not that that made a mistake and labelled the carpet wrong, everybody makes mistakes, buts its the way they Delt with the situation. The customer care is shocking.
Sell carpets which are labelled the wrong size and then refuse to do anything to rectify their mistakes! Lack both basic maths skills and customer service! Try tapi carpets just a few stores along for a much better experience
Staff were extremely helpful and couteous to me and my wife and prices were very competetive
