Extremely unhelpful, after having my car picked due to someone smashing the window I had to pay over 400 to get it back (it was there for less than 24h).They invented a 'special tool' charge that not even the borderline racist staff could explain.They have been reported to the police already. Frustrating how people like that are even allowed to be face to public. Stupid beyond belief
Please be aware that while your car is with 911 they will, as standard, remove all your personal belongings without instructing you that they intend to do this or asking for your consent to do so. It will then be your responsibility to collect any items at a later date, assuming you notice they are missing, because they don't tell you they have taken anything. So maybe make a note of any items in your vehicle before you leave it with them. And book a spare day off to pick them up again. Oh and if you want to complain to the manager they'll kindly give you a postal address. Kind folks!
