Fantastic & friendly service. Super supportive when dealing with a Nissan warranty claim on my behalf. There are Nissan dealerships much closer to home, but the team at AF Noble are worth the extra effort.
Can't really fault them. Went to view a new X -Trail 7 seater car. Turned out not e be quite a roomy in the back as we'd thought, but this is no fault of the dealership. They acknowledged us, allowed us time to look and the spoke to us again on exit. Very pleasant!
I put my Navara in for the chassis painting and it came back totally scratched down one side. AF Noble refused to accept responsibility or liability for this. They also bent a metal strip in the drivers well and again refused to accept any responsibility. This dealership used to have great service and customer care but in this instance it is truly awful and the attitude from the service and body shop is aggressive and dismissive. I have had to hand to lawyers to resolve with Nissan HQ as they refuse to give details of their insurer. i am genuinely appalled at the attitude and approach of this dealership. if you can use anyone else - do.
