Good store needs more food on shelves and more colleges in shop
Entering you'll see a good amount of Asda's own brand clothing and household goods. Followed by groceries, fresh produce, frozen and chilled, more groceries and finally pet foods and alcohol. So it's a pretty standard layout, like Sainsburys the bread and bakery is furthest from the front door. Personally I dislike this layout, trying to dictate what I buy and how I feel about it. Buy cakes because you have bought healthy before arriving in the last corner. Generally the grocery sections were a mess with gaps across all the products. Apparently lots of staff were unwell, so I get it, its a struggle to keep up sometimes. Checkout service was fast and friendly.
Shocking service! One guy serving at customer service desk as i stood in normal queue first only to be told to move over to other till for returns then stood for 15min while he served every person in queue plus other people who joined after me.then when he was done only then was i served.manager needs to get her staff trained properly!! Worst store i have ever encountered save your time folks go to the one in milton road where there are more professional staff!
